Been coking here for yrs. Great location, nice bfast, nice gym
Reception stuff unfriendly n not efficient as it used to be. Elevators are messed up n if u live up, it ll take ages to get out of it.

Excellent breakfast.
Excellent breakfast. Good location close to most of the sights. Beds are very comfortable. We stayed in a 2 bed flat. When we had a problem with one of the toilets it was promptly dealt with. Walking distance to KLCC, petronas and pavillion mall.
Staff can smile a bit and welcome a bit more warmly. Rooms are clean but this can be improved. Lifts are a bit slow.
